  • Reservations: Minimum retention period of 7 years after final reservation (due to legal administrative obligations).
  • Newsletter: Retention period is indefinite or until you request deletion.

B&B Iets Zeeuws only uses technical and functional cookies, as well as analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. Your Rights Regarding Your Data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by B&B Iets Zeeuws. Additionally, you have the right to data portability, which means you can request to have the personal data we hold about you transferred to you or another organization in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, or data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to info@ietszeeuws.nl. To verify that the request was made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your ID, with your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) blacked out for your privacy protection. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.

B&B Iets Zeeuws also informs you that you have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). You can do this via the following link: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Securing Personal Data

B&B Iets Zeeuws takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
